This rustic home is best suited for a single person for long stay, but can be used by a couple as well. It contains a Thai kitchen, and a separate private bathroom. Laundry detached. Located on the bank of the big pond with own pier, small private designed garden in front of the roofed verandah and extending to the pond.

The name of this lodge refers to Lychee trees, Litchi chinensis (Sapind­aceae, soap­berry family), of which two were planted nearby; Thai name is ลิ้นจี่ (Linchi).

PLACE: On the bank of the big pond, with views to the garden and pond.

SIZE OF LIVING AREA: Internal area 190 ft² (17.6 m²), plus bathroom, kitchen and verandah (roofed but not screened) 133 ft² (12.5 m²), plus private garden area about 120 yd² (100 m²). Living room and bedroom 16.4 ft × 11.5 ft = 189 ft² (5 m × 3.5 m = 17.5 m²); bathroom 7.5 ft × 5.2 ft = 39 ft² (2.3 m × 1.6 m = 3.7 m²); kitchen with verandah 11.5 ft × 8.2 ft = 94 ft² (3.5 m × 2.5 m = 8.8 m²).

CAPACITY: Designed for a single person (standard occupancy), but suitable for a couple (maximum occupancy). For an extra child (short stay) an extra camp bed (2.0 × 6.1 ft = 61 × 186 cm) can be provided.

BUILDING: A lodge with brick walls, built in 2005; with kitchen and bathroom built in 2011. Windows open for air-circulation, to be closed with shutters; floor is of stones. Windows and main door protected by mosquito screens. Separate attic for storage between room ceiling and roof keeps ground floor cool year round.

ROOMS: The lodge consists of 1 room (bedroom and living room, with fan), a roofed verandah (with ceiling fan), a Thai kitchen (with single burner gas hob, microwave, refrigerator, sink). The bathroom is with hot shower (gas), wash basin and Western type toilet.

FURNITURE: Main furniture is two single beds, mattresses (3.5 × 6.5 ft = 108 × 200 cm), table and writing table, chairs, shelves. The room has a laptop friendly workspace.

GARDEN: The lodge is with a roofed veranda and a small private garden along the southern and western side of the bungalow, and with a direct access to the big natural swimming pond. The large community garden is for recreation, access­ible by path­ways, and comprises the big natural swimming pond, several smaller ponds and ditches, is covered by tall trees and bamboos and is shady almost through­out.

PARKING: Car parking lot, and roofed motor­bike and bicycle parking lots avail­able. A roofed car parking lot is avail­able on pre-order.

HOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE: Electricity (220 V). Gas tank (33 lb = 15 kg). Tap water (drink­able) with storage tank (528 gal US = 440 gal UK = 2,000 l) and pump. Inter­net (Wi-Fi, download ≤50 Mb/s, upload ≤10 Mb/s, un­limited).

HOUSE FACILITIES: Bed-linen and towels. Cutlery, crockery, glass­ware, hot water kettle, cooking utensils are provided on demand. On request, an iron and ironing board, radio, hi-fi equipment, video player, TV, toaster, coffee machine, blender and other utensils can be provided at extra cost. External shared washing machine free of use.

OPTIONAL HOUSE FACILITIES AND SERVICES: Drink­ing water supply (in bottles and tanks). Supply of beverages. Room clean­ing services. Break­fast (Western or Thai break­fast, fruits of the season).

TRANSPORTATION: Public transportation from the street next to the property. App-based car-sharing service from Grab. Private transportation by renting a car, motorbike, scooter or bicycle.
